Refund policy
Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return for Damaged Products: We strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a damaged product, we offer a return option. To initiate a return for a damaged product, customers are required to create a video while opening the parcel, clearly showing the damage. Once the video is submitted and the damage is verified, we will arrange for a return and issue a refund or replacement, as per the customer's preference.
Exchange: Customers may request an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. However, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for both sending the original product back to us and receiving the exchanged product.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Please note that the credit may take additional time to reflect in the customer's bank account, depending on the bank's processing times.
